My Bio

I am a native of Washington, DC, and now I live in Ellenwood, Georgia. I have been performing since the age of 5. Acting has been my passion since she was a little girl and it still is today. I have appeared in the following productions: Tambourines to Glory, For Colored Girls, Colored Museum, and Sweet Daddy Love, Grease just to name a few. I graduated from Barbizon Modeling School and have received my BA in Communication and Theatre, I studied at Ly-Ben Dance Theatre and Acting Studio w/Lance Moreland. My special skills include liturgical dance, writing, cooking, and scrapbooking. For Colored Girls is my all-time favorite play and I am looking forward to sharing my gift with others.

I began modeling when I was 18 years old with Image Cosmetics and have done numerous fashion shows throughout the years for various organizations.
I have had a love for writing since I can remember, when I was little my mother told me to go write a story to get rid of me. I began writing poetry, writing one act plays, article/blog writing and finally book writing. She believes that everyone has a story to tell. I released my 1st book titled Be In Good Health: Living a Life of Happiness, Wholeness and Wellness which endeavors to help people live their best life, from the inside out in 2008. Unspoken Words – “LOVE” Volume 1, my poetry book was released in October 2014. Other books released through Imani Faith Publishing were No Test No Testimony (2015) and Stewardship and Service: Our Way or God's Way (Spring 2016).

I love helping people so I speak and facilitates workshops on the following topics that help people transform their lives: Being A Healthier U (Living Your Best Life From The Inside Out), Wholistic Wellness for the Woman Behind the Brand, Authentic Living by Design, Wellness In The Workplace, Time Mastery (Whose Time is it Anyway) and The Art of Relaxing, Relating and Releasing (Stress Management), Kingdom Stewardship and Service (What are you here for?) just to name a few.

Through my performing, speaking, workshops and books I hope to Encourage, Enlighten, Educate and Empower others to walk in their GREATNESS by TRANSFORMING their lives and by living an AUTHENTIC AND INTENTIONAL LIFE ON PURPOSE! Her favorite scripture is “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
