My Bio

I’m Amanda McKnight, a professional voice actor and singer specializing in commercials, video games, audiobooks, and narrative voiceover. My credits include commercial work for Estée Lauder and Boehringer Ingelheim, along with character-driven work in games and audio fiction.

From warm, grounded, and conversational to bold, comedic, emotional, or larger-than-life, I love finding the personality behind the words and creating performances that feel genuine and memorable. My natural speaking voice is medium-pitched and feminine with a neutral American accent, with a versatile range spanning a variety of ages, characters, accents, and vocal styles.

Industry Experience

Video Games – Character work is one of my biggest passions. My roles include characters like Thalia in Jewels of Rome and Officer Shearsmith in The Graveyard Shift.

Commercials – My credits include voiceover for Estée Lauder’s DayWear campaign and Boehringer Ingelheim’s SPEVIGO patient education campaign.

Audiobooks & Audio Drama – I’ve narrated multiple full-length audiobooks and performed numerous roles in scripted audio fiction, with experience portraying complete character casts across a variety of genres.

What I Bring to Your Project

I’m a lifelong singer with ongoing professional voiceover training, including video game performance training with Dave Fennoy. I also perform a variety of accents and dialects, including British RP, American Southern, Texan, New York, New Jersey, Italian-American, Russian, and Transatlantic.

I record from a fully treated, broadcast-quality home studio with a Rode NT1 microphone and Audient iD24 interface. I can typically provide recordings within 24 hours or less and am available for live direction via Source-Connect Standard, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and more.
