My Bio

Raised in the Midwest with the perfect non-accent Mark W. Johnson was nonetheless raised by southern parents which ended up ironically giving him a wide range of accents. His upbringing by parents who had their own small business has always pushed Mr. Johnson toward projects that allows for his ENTJ personality to shine. From media relations in Washington DC to working in LA as a political field worker Mr. Johnson has been able to utilize his degree in Political Science and History from the University of Illinois. Additionally, at the young age of twelve he was selected by his teachers to read science lessons into a tape recorder for blind kids attending his junior high. In High School, Mr. Johnson was a consistent top finalist in every Speech tournament for three years straight; participating in the event of extemporaneous speech. Possessed with a true entrepreneurial spirit, Mark over the years, has worked in the online consulting space, designed websites, been a business develop manager for a marketing company and voiced and written radio commercials as a radio salesman. This diverse background provides Mark with a wide range of specialties that assist him with each voice over project he completes. In short, he gets the big picture. Being involved in online marketing, business development, radio advertising and political consulting over the course of 25+ years his understanding of mass media and marketing communications is a factor in what sets him apart from the majority of voice over talent.
