FAQ

Q. What is the typical turn around for an order

A. Turn arounds can vary from 1 hour to 12 hours depending on the talent you choose.  Each Crew Member set their own turn around time.  Thevoicecrew.com does not gaurantee turn around times but will do everything to ensure your order is finshed by your deadline.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. To place an order first you must choose your Crew Member to voice your spot.  Click Search Demos to listen to our talent.  You can filter talent by Gender, Studio Time, Language, & Type of Voice.  Once you find the talent you want click "Hire Me".  Follow the steps to set your order detail and complete payment.  Once your spot is completed the Crew Member will upload your order and you will be notified via email to download your spot.

Q. Do you offer refunds?

A. Thevoicecrew.com only offers a refund if the Crew Member has not completed your order.  Once an order has been voiced there is no refund available.

Q. Can I speak with the Crew Member?

A. There are two ways to speak with a Crew Member. You can communicate with the Crew Member directly through TheVoiceCrew.com via the message me feature in the Crew Members public page.  If you would like to speak directly with a Crew Member we can set up a conference call for a charge of $79.

Q. What happens if I am unhappy with my order?

A. We understand that sometimes things don't come back as expected.

TheVoiceCrew.com offers up to 2 re-reads without a script change for orders ranging from 5 seconds to 2 minutes.

For orders 2 minutes plus the client will be given a small sample read of the script to approve.  Once approved the talent will then voice the spot based on the clients approved sample.  A re-read will only be allowed on orders over 2 minutes in the event the talent does not match the approved sample read.

If you would like another talent you will have to place another order.

Q. Can I change the script once it's been read?

A. TheVoiceCrew.com does not allow any change to the script once it has been recorded.  Changing even one word will result in a new order.
